Confidence Power Plus Motorised Treadmill (White) is not being at all fit I thought I would try a treadmill at home. In two short weeks of daily use I have gone from 3.5 speed to 5.0 and feel a lot better for it.The treadmill took very little assembly and the instructions were very clear. I fold the machine up after use which is a great feature.Easy to clean, just a damp cloth every now and again.Good value and quite sturdy though light enough to be manoeuvrable, and I would recommend it.This motorised treadmill is one of best cheap motorised treadmills from Confidence.
