- See what people said about this manual treadmill "AWESOME & GOOD QUALITY TREADMILL!!!I purchased this treadmill over 4 1/2years ago,and have used it several times a week to run,at speeds ranging from 6mph to 8mph.It has also had occasional use by other family members,some of whom weigh upwards of 250lbs.It feels solid, doesn't move around on the floor,and runs smoothly. Sometimes,when I travel and have to use a hotel treadmill,I am amazed that these"commercial"treadmills don't always work as well as my Bowflex.I like having 2 user programmable runs,which I have set up for speed intervals.I use the wireless heart rate monitor that came with it,and it usually seems accurate.We recently moved to a different house, and had to take the treadmill apart and reassemble it in order to move it.It works just as well after the move.All in all, this is a great treadmill.I have definitely gotten very good use out of it so far."
